1969 Official Presidential Inauguration Guide Book giving a blow by blow account of the festivities ensuing with the election and seating of President Richard Millhouse Nixon. This guide book is a full 32 pages and measures 4 1/4 x 6 inches, just right for that jacket pocket. The center is occupied with a map of the inaugural parade through the heart of downtown Washington, DC. The 'Statement of the Religious Observance Committee' is a very interesting read considering the later fall of Nixon. Of course they only called 'upon our fellow citizens to examine their own lives' presumably omitting so august a personage as our new President. You will find this guide book in near mint condition with appropriate stiffness for a paper good. This is an original NOT a reprint.
